Upon signing the contract, a non-refundable deposit of 50% is required. The remaining balance must be settled 14 days before your event. We are pleased to accept various payment methods, including cash, money orders, and most major credit cards such as MasterCard, Visa, Discover, and American Express.

Weather Guarantee

In the event of anticipated adverse weather conditions, you have the flexibility to adjust your event dates. Vintage View Cinemas will work with your chosen weather contingency plan, offering you alternative available dates. There will be no extra fees for rescheduling your event date to a Sunday through Thursday. To reschedule, please ensure you contact us at least 3 hours before your scheduled event or prior to our staff commencing their journey to your location.

Weather Policy

In the event of potentially adverse weather conditions (such as imminent rain, ongoing rain, approaching thunder clouds, or hazardous winds with equipment-damaging potential) either during setup or throughout the event, Vintage View Cinema retains the authority to ensure the safety of its equipment by discontinuing setup or production. Additionally, Vintage View Cinema holds the prerogative to postpone setup or temporarily halt production until favorable weather conditions prevail.

Outdoor Movie Start Time

Our projectors emit sufficient brightness to display images on the movie screen as early as 15 minutes before sunset. Our Vintage Preshows typically begin at this time. This not only provides additional entertainment for your guests but an opportunity for our technician to adjust the image for the best viewing of the movie to follow. To ensure an optimal movie-viewing experience, we recommend commencing the movie 5 minutes after sundown. You can access sunset times at SunriseSunset.com. Our technicians can promptly initiate music playback once the screen has been set up if requested.

Do I need a license?

The response varies according to the circumstances. If you're organizing a backyard movie screen gathering on your personal property, a film license is not necessary. However, if you intend to arrange an outdoor inflatable movie event in a public location, you must acquire the relevant non-theatrical license. We're here to guide you through the entire procedure.

Question 7

Set Up / Tear Down Procedures

Our setup process typically initiates about 1 hour prior to sunset. The Inflatable Screen installation is completed within 30 minutes. Once the screen is set up, audio equipment tests commence immediately, followed by projection tests as twilight falls. If not otherwise specified by the customer, the Inflatable Screen will start deflating 10 minutes after the movie concludes. Post-movie, all equipment will be dismantled within 1.5 hours. Kindly acknowledge that procedures might differ depending on the rental agreement established with the customer.

Do you have a microphone?

Certainly. Each technician arrives with either a wireless or wired microphone. Please note which type of microphone you will need during the booking process if you require a wireless solution.

Can I rent the just the equipment?

We do not operate as a rental company and do not provide equipment rentals without set up. However, every event package includes a skilled technician who will remain on-site to manage and operate the equipment.
